Message Protocol

ABL Group maintains both central office mailboxes, as well as individual mailboxes for all personnel. We prefer that all official e-mail passes through the main office addresses (please refer to the Offices page on our website).

The main office addresses are checked frequently, ensuring prompt action and response to all messages. However, in certain cases, and by prior agreement, clients may use the personal addresses. In order to ensure that all official correspondence receives timely attention, whenever using a personal address, please ensure that the main office address is copied.
