Longitude Exeter is based at the historic Exeter Quay, an area rich in maritime heritage, and whilst working within the more traditional established offshore oil & gas and shipping markets it is also particularly focussed on the relatively new but rapidly evolving marine renewables market.
Longitude have developed a strong reputation in the renewables market, working within several areas including cable lay support ranging from vessel conversions and mobilisations, moorings and hydrodynamic seakeeping analysis and cable lay and pull in analyses through to infrastructure transportation and installation including monopile, TP and WTG towers on jack-up vessels and site specific assessments.
Longitude Exeter also work cross-market in the oil & gas sector and commercial shipping with a broad range of services ranging from vessel conversions, seafastenings, structural & naval architectural support and metocean analyses.
The office location benefits from good access by rail and road, as well as good access to the nearby Exeter international airport, allowing us to provide close support to the wide client base ranging from Aberdeen, Great Yarmouth, Scandinavia and Europe in particular.
